Terms of Services
Please note that all services are non-refundable, as each procedure requires significant time, expertise, and product use.
Lash Fill Policy
Lash fill pricing is determined by both the time since your last appointment and the amount of lash retention.
To qualify for a lash fill, you must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining. If less than 40% remain, it will be considered a full new set.
Fills are scheduled based on the following timeframes:
1-Week Fill: Within 7 days of your last lash fill
2-Week Fill: Between 8–17 days from your last lash fill
3-Week Fill: Between 18–25 days from your last lash fill
26+ Days: Considered a full new set
Please note: Arriving with less than 40% of your lashes, regardless of the timeframe, may result in your appointment being upgraded to a new set or additional charges applied
If you notice an unusual amount of lash fallout within 3 days of your appointment, please contact us immediately. We will gladly fix it free of charge to ensure you're satisfied with your results. This repair does not count as a fill — your next fill appointment will still be scheduled based on the date of your original lash application.

Results Not Guaranteed
Healed results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
Multiple sessions may be required to achieve the desired look.
PMU Correction & Cover-Up Policy
Each correction or cover-up case is unique and often requires multiple sessions to achieve optimal results—especially when working over saturated, discolored, or uneven pigment from previous work.
Due to the unpredictable nature of prior permanent makeup, results may vary depending on how your skin retains pigment and how well the previous work can be corrected. We’ll do our best to create a beautiful outcome, but multiple sessions may be necessary to reach your desired look.
The initial correction/cover-up appointment will be priced accordingly.
Touch-up sessions following the initial correction are $150 per session, if needed.
Once your desired result is achieved, you’ll be considered an existing client and can book regular touch-ups at our existing client rate.
Pre-approval is required before booking a correction/cover-up appointment. Please submit clear photos of your existing PMU for review
Previous Lip Blush Work Policy
If you have existing pigment from prior lip blushing or other permanent makeup, your first appointment with us will be considered a New Client Touch-Up, priced at our new client rate. This is because healed results over previous work can be unpredictable and may require additional sessions to achieve the desired outcome.

Lip Neutralization Policy
Lip neutralization is a multi-session process designed to balance and correct naturally dark, cool, or uneven lip tones before adding your desired lip color.
Each neutralization session will be priced accordingly, based on the amount of correction needed. Once we’ve achieved a stable and even-toned base, we can proceed with adding color. At that point, the appointment will be considered a touch-up session rather than a corrective treatment.
Please note: The number of sessions required varies for each individual and depends on how your lips respond to the pigment and healing process.
New-Client Touch Ups
New client touch-up appointments are intended for clients who are happy with the shape and placement of their previous permanent makeup and simply need a color refresh on their.
This service is not for corrections, shape adjustments, or cover-ups. If your existing work requires significant changes or is overly saturated, discolored, or uneven, you may need to book a correction instead.
