Late Arrival Policy
1. Timeliness
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
2. 10-Minute Grace Period
We offer a 10-minute grace period for appointments lasting over one hour. If you arrive within this window, we’ll do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.
Please note: Appointments under 30 minutes do not include a grace period.
3. 15+ Minutes Late
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled, as it may not be possible to complete the service in the remaining time. In such cases, this will be treated as a late cancellation, and the applicable cancellation fee will be charged.
Chronic lateness may require full prepayment for future bookings.
