Cancellation and Deposit Policy

We deeply value your time and appreciate your support. In return, we ask that you respect our scheduling policies to help us provide the best service to all clients.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required to reserve your appointment.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Rescheduling or canceling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your full deposit, regardless of the reason.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will also result in the full deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

  • If you have a prepaid service package, missing an appointment or canceling on the same day will result in one session being deducted from your package or a $50 fee per canceled service, whichever applies.

  • By signing below, you authorize Skinluxe LLC and Haley Taing DBA HT Beauty Artistry to charge your card on file for no-shows and last-minute cancellations in accordance with this policy.
