To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the following fees:

    • $50 for all lash and brow services

    • $100 for all Permanent Makeup (PMU) services, due to the extended time reserved

No-Show Policy

  • No-shows will result in the client being unable to book future appointments until the missed appointment has been paid in full.

  • Additionally, a deposit will be required for all future bookings to secure the appointment.
